Send emails

Fresh people only — nobody is ever emailed twice. Preview drafts, sends nothing. Up to 500 per wave, in chunks of 20; EmailBison's daily limits pace delivery. Pausing the autopilot leaves this button working.

Signed up from an invite (0)

No attributed signups yet. Only link-clickers attribute, so this list is the FLOOR of outreach-driven signups, never the ceiling.

Sent log (0) — every email, exactly as written

Copy setup & settings

One click loads the ready-made A/B: bolun-v1 (generated voice) vs roman-v1 (static copy, tracked link included).

Each person is assigned ONE copy, deterministically — the same person always gets the same one, so saving mid-campaign never reshuffles the experiment. Applies from the next wave; queued emails are immutable. Empty every slot to turn copies off.

How the tracking works

queued — we generated the email and handed it to EmailBison. delivered — EmailBison sent it and its webhook told us. replied — their reply came back through the webhook. signed up — they clicked their personal invite link (vayahq.com/i/their-login) and created an account. entered — they started the challenge.

Attribution is first-touch and link-based: clicking stores a 30-day cookie that becomes a database row at signup. Someone who reads the email and later types the URL by hand won't attribute — so signups here are a floor, not a ceiling. Opens are pixel-based: Apple Mail inflates them, image blockers hide them; treat them as weather, not facts.
